In terms of make-up. I try to wear eyeliner but they make my eyes look tired. Also eyeshadows don’t do much. Does anyone know of any good sites that can show me some good eye make-up tips?

Get drunk and then shine a bright light in them.
Well dont know any sites but if you have a dark complexion like your avatar, you should use lighter colored liners and shadows around your eyes. I think a lavender or violet eyeliner might help your eyes stand out
Try white eyeliner- proven to make eyes stand out and appear bigger. Also try putting a little shimmery eyeshadow in the corner of your eyes (by the nose) as this opens them up too. You could also try some brightening eyedrops, they will put a sparkle into your peepers!

use eyeliner . . . and lidliner and mascara . but if you do that put no more make-up on your face unless its reallyyy subtle . that should do the trick.
Well, I can’t really think of any good sites, maybe try a yahoo group, but I know my sister had the same problem, so i advised her to dress down her lips so the two areas weren’t competing for attention. With eyes and lips, it’s either or; one or the other.

i followed this video today and my eyeshadow looks SOOO much better than putting the dark OVEr the light.

when in doubt though use a lighter colour on the inner of your eye, in like a v shape, so it is above and below (just slightly) i use a matte cream to do the same, and a touch eclat or similar on my tired eyes always helps
Definitely use mascara, Curl your eyelashes with an eyelash curler first. Using eyeliner really shouldn’t make your eyes look tired, maybe you’re not applying it right (for the shape and color of your eyes). Eyeshadow should help, maybe look in some of the beauty magazines for tips, there are incorrect ways to shadow your eyes which may make your eyes look worse even- a lot depends on the shape and color of your eyes. I’m pretty new to this computer stuff and so I can’t think offhand of any sites I know by personal experience- but maybe try googling in something under Mary Kay, I like their makeup and learned a lot from a consultant years ago.
