Royal Blue is one of my favorite colors to wear. Royal Blue is a great color beacause it looks great on blondes and brunettes. Regarding your skin – from your tan, play the royal blue and not your face. royal blue is so powerful. Start by using a shadow eyeshado vanilla all over lid on your forehead.
