My eyelashes are really long and curled so usually at the end of the day I get smudges under my eyebrows. I use waterproof mascara and a primer and its not cheap stuff, and I really don’t use to much mascara but it always smudges up there,what can I do?

Do not go for the cheap waterproof mascaras! Try mabeline or mac, if it does not work pay a visit to sephora and ask them for help.
When you put on your mascara use a business car cut to the shape of your lid and hold that behind you lashes while applying it wait for the mascara to dry then remove it
that normally happens to people then they have oily eyelids. if you do then i would make sure your powder your lids before mascara so they arnt damp through the day making your make up smudge. also dont curl your lashes if they already have a natural curl.
