ya i already have some they get worse when applying mascara. i have no great appearance
ive tried everthything like potatoes and stuff they only make the under eye a bit red and basicaly their back to BLACK AGAIn
concealer dsnt works either. DO I NEED PEACH CONCEALRE?

i have low iron but im taking pills, and the doctor said my hands r pinker than his so i dont look anemic. plus i eat healthy
there is no allergists here??

I think this may have to do with the low iron. I would stop wearing water proof mascara if you are. that stuff is hard to get off no matter what you do. I would also try a highlighter under your eyes to brgithen up the area.
peach concealer won’t do much good. the best color for deep purple under eye circles is a yellow based concealer. you might also have good luck with a green based concealer.
If you’re smearing the mascara down when you take it off, then that’s the problem. Neutrogena has good make-up remover wipes & you can find eye-makeup remover wipes at a local drugstore!
