I’m in grade 7, and I want to wear make up for my graduation. I’m wearing a royal blue dress, and I have eyes that are dark brown in regular light and dark hazel in bright light or in sunlight. I’m already going to wear foundation and mascara, but it doesn’t look like I’m wearing any make up at all! I really want to stand out without going over board. help?

I’d go for something simple but effective. Maybe 60′s eyeliner,Cat style. It makes your lashes look thicker and won’t make you look skanky if you do it right. It also perfect for both day time and night time.
