Had my belly button pierced earlier and it hurt tht much tht i just wanted to get out of the place and forgot to ask questions. . .
when they had done it they put numbing gell on, kinda like vaseline then they put a bandade over the stop and put selotape over it.
i was just wondering, when can i take the bandade of and take a look at it?
also how do u clean piercings belly button bars cuz mines killin and i dunno wetha ill be able to touch it!?
also when can i change the bars round?

Well you can take that banaide off now, cause I never even heard of people doing that, cause your peircing needs to breath.
You first clean it with a q-tip, wet it, and rub it on some dial soap, and rub it on both incisions, and move the bar in and out to clean the inside.
Then get some saleen solution, put it in a shot glass, and hold it on your tummy for about 5 mins, then take it off. Do this 3 times aday.
You can change the bar in about 8-10 weeks, or longer if it is still sore and stuff.
You can take the bandage off after half an hour.
You shouldn’t change your bar for atleast 4months although the piercer will say longer. Or whenever it is healed you can change it.
Clean it with warm salt water and use cotton wool or a cotton bud to clean it. Don’t clean it too much! And Don’t clean it with anything with alcohol in it. Only use salt water!
You can take the bandage off now! Yay! Is it cute? lol! I wouldnt clean it until right before you go to bed so you shoud be fine there. . When you do. . Boil 1 cup of water with 1/4tsp sea salt (make sure its sea and not table salt). Pout the water in a glass and let it look down until you can touch it and its not too hot. Flip the cup over your belly button ring. . it should like. . suction on. . kind of hard to expalin. . Leave it for about 5-10 minutes, then take it off and use a qtip with just water to clean off the salt water. .
I know it hurts now but It will get better!
The first day killed me too. . i couldnt even stand up straight! just remember its because you have a foreign object lodged in your gut basically haha. .
Depends when you can change it. . . Mine was over a year! but some people are more like 2 or 3 months. Longer is better if you’re not sure. You can change the balls on it any time, just not the actual bar. Make sure they’re clean!
Yeah. . and healing sucks but after that its good.
