What is the best waterproof eyeliner? It doesn’t have to be MAC but I preffer that brand. Every eyeliner I’ve used always either smudges, chips, or runs. . . It’s rediculous. I appreciate the help.
Can someone tell me a good foundation or make up that is’t too harsh for my eczema?

The other day I went out with one of my friends. I wore eyeliner,mascara,eyeshadow and lip gloss but I didn’t wear any concealer or foundation. Is that weird? Does it look bad if you don’t wear foundation and concealer but you still wear everything else??
What type of make up should i wear to a formal? black dress, black heels, dark brown hair, green eyes, pale sk?

I have a really hard time putting eyeliner above my eyelashes on top and below them on bottom. I would appreciate tips please. Also any other style described would be well appreciated.

I have heard so much about it but havn’t seen it anywhere but the aiport, I went on their website and there is sooo much to chose from, I like full coverage but only want to use a little so I dont look cakey, I like powder as I have very oily skin. I have light black hair. I really want to get a bit of brown streaks in it. I already have a bit of brown but it’s not that noticable. Since my hair is plain it’s kind of boring. I asked my mum if I can dye my hair but she said no. I would like some easy ways to maybe lighten my hair a bit! Thanks!!!
