I have deep chocolate brown eyes(my hair is the same deep shade of brown) and light brown skin so I was wondering what color eye liner/shadow I should wear to make my eyes pop. Also, what color hair would look good on me if I decide to dye it? As much details as possible please:)

I was wondering how much a lip piercing hurts on a scale of 1-10. 10 being the worst. I know it depends on the person’s pain tolerance. But, I got my ears pierced when I was around 5 so I don’t remember if those hurt or not and I got my cartilage done this past summer and I didn’t think that hurt. It just felt like a pinch.

I used to be a dark brunette and went to blonde using 3 seperate bleaches and one colouring of 30 vol. I am happy with the results however I have not toned it yet. My hair is very yellow with streaks of orange through the ends. Can someone tell me which type of toner I have to buy to tone this down and make it more white/cream. Also do I need to mix this with peroxide or is it just a shampoo. Thanks for your help.

light blue/Blue suits me but should i have a long dress on nee height or in the middle
