How many times a day should I wash?

People say to wash her face in the morning and before going to sleep, but I heard that you only wash once a day because washing twice a day is bad for your skin. I’m confused?

    Double (:

  2. Morning and evening are the best. If you have made a sport, and you have then you should wash your skin to make it clean and pure again.

Twice: once in the morning and once at night. Other wise you will wash away the natural oils in your skin, which can make it go very dry.

  9. Never more than two times a day. Washing twice should be fine. After washing at night, if you want to use the concentrated product, or to the window and dry skin. Thus, you should wash that morning. If you do not wear makeup and do not use a lot of products, you will be fine if you only wash your face every day.

  10. it twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening. just use the products according to your skin type, to avoid over drying
