How can I hide a lip piercing?

I’m getting it done on Saturday and need to hide it for school on Monday. Obviously I won’t be able to put a retainer in that quick. Help?

And don’t answer by saying “don’t get it done”. I’ve made up my mind about it, thank you.

    You can’t hide something on your face.

    Unless you wear some sort of mask.

    you cant hide it,its on your face. itl be visible whatever you do.

    Don’t think you’ll be able to hide that i’m afraid, unless you wear a mask. Or go totally emo & grow your fringe to an obscene side parted length.

    The only way to hide it is to take it out and that obviously not an option because it can close up in a matter of an hour when it is that new.

    Unfortunately there is no way you can hide it. It’s way too soon to take it out and if you want it done, you want it done.

    The only thing you could do is cover it with a plaster (or band aid, depending on where you’re from) and even if you did that, you wouldnt want to do that until it was ready to take out.

    You can’t wear it at school? I don’t know, I got my nose done, and I can’t wear it at work, so I cut a tiny piece of a bandage and covered it with that. Ask them at your piercers, they may have some suggestions. Of course once it’s healed you can use the retainers. Good luck though!

    erm no i mean. . . suck your lip in when you see a teacher!
    they will never know!

    but i do think you should wait til you leave school!
    then you dont need to hide it! :P

    I have no idea how you are expecting to hide it unless you put a bit of plaster/bandage over it ? Although you’ve made up your mind the only way to not have it showing is to not have it on your face.

    Get the thing done, it can’t be hidden.
    Don’t get the thing done, you’ll have nothing to hide.

    Now you figure it out.

    DONT GET IT DONE. . . The truth hurts. . .

    Uh. . . Put it off to another day if you have to hide it Monday. . . Duh. . . You CAN’T take it out for a while after you first get it done. . . It can close up or your lip can get infected. . .

    If you don’t know that, you are probably too young to get it done anyway. . .

    put a invisible bar in you can get them form any store selling body bars

    You cant get around it hun.

    The only way is through a retainer, which you won’t be able to change it to for at least 2 months.

    I personally advise to get it done when you leave school. I had to do the same. It sucks i know, but they will make you take it out anyway.
