i have had my belly button pierced for roughly 3/4 years and just wondering how long it will take for it to close up if i left the piercing out?
also if i did let it close, what would be left of the hole? a scar? & does it look bad. thanks. x

Not sure about 3 or 4 years but when I got mine done, I took mine out after about 10 months and mine closed up within a couple of hours and I am now left with small bump like scars where the two holes would have been. Unfortunately I had to take mine out due to infection though.
i have my belly pierced now. i had to take it out before because it was rejecting. i had it for ehhh 3 months? well for me it took 4 hours and i didnt even have it pierced that long, my cousin recently took hers out after having it for a year and hers closed within a day. it dosen’t have a nasty scar or anything. it just looks like a light hole thats fading. girl i got mine repierced and it looks great. don’t worry, you’ll be fine it’ll just look like a bearly noticible hole after timee.
