How much are lip piercings in Georges Arcade in Dublin?

I plan on getting my lip pierced, a labret, in Georges Arcade soon, but I dont want to go to the shop only to be told I dont have enough money. Can someone please help? Also im 15, is that old enough? I could pass for 16 easily though, but would I still need ID?

    you would probably need an ID with a parent.
    And the price varies by piercing/tattoo parlors.

    You need ID or to get a parent to ring for you. I got my lower lip pierced there 3 times. It costs: €22.
    I was 17 when I got it done & didn’t need ID for any of them. I needed it for my eyebrow though.
