Most tattoo/ piercing parlours will not allow piercings if you are under 16 even if you have parental consent, thats for both tongue and lip piercings.
Tongue costs around £30 and lip can range from £15-£25 depends where you go.

A lip piercing uuusually costs £20. give or take a little.
I wouldn’t get one for less that £15 as it might be a dodgy place, and I wouldn’t get one for more than £30 as that is a sliight rip off.
It is pretty similar with tongues, although I would go up to £35 for that.
Um you can be any age with parental consent, but piercers won’t usually pierce the lips or toungues of anyone under 14. Even under 16s, they are reluctant.
16 is the legal age you don’t need parental consent.
p. s lip and tongue piercings are among the less painful ones.
without parents at 16 and in my area it costs £20-25 for lip and for tongue is £30 but prices vary. I had a nose piercing at it cost me £10 and my sister had an eyebrow piercing and it cost her £25. I’m 18 and shes 21 so of cousre we didn’t need a parent but do go to your local piercing shop and ask how much it is be sure to check out the place first if it looks hygienic or not because you don’t want to get an infection. . . so don’t go to any old place.
P. s i don’t mean to burst your bubble but there are risks when getting your tongue pierced such as static shock which can kill you and could cause your teeth to chip sorry i’m just being careful.

And Tongue will be about £35-£40, just depends where you go really.
