Do you think girls shouldnt get lip piercings?

I really want a lip piercing but my brother says that they are disgusting and that guys hate them. Is this true guys?
How fast did your piercing heal?

    i have one and every guy i know loves it! it was one of the most painful pierces i got, but i love it! do it girl!

    I have a lip full of them, and every guy I talks to thinks they’re sexy as hell
    If you want one, do it :-D

    preferably 2 months, although some people insist on changing them around after 6 weeks

    It could interfere with kissing, but only if you wear a pointed spike in the piercing. If you want it done, and you’re parents are okay with it, I say go for it.

    Well, no offense but your brother has obviously been living under a rock his whole life.

    I have both sides pierced and I wear small diamonds in them. I get compliments on them all the time, even from older ppl!

    They don’t look trashy at all, they actually look very pretty and make me feel even more girly.

    They were pretty painful for me. . the right side hurt much more than the left though. My eyes teared up. But for it to COMPLETELY heal, its going to take several months, but to heal enough to wear you can change it and stop cleaning it, a few weeks.

    I think they look gorgeous on most girls (with diamond studs that is).

    well i had a lip ring and my bf didnt seem to care as a matter of fact he came with me if its small and dainty it looks hot
