Ive had my ear pierced before by a professional but then my school wouldn’t allow you to wear one and my hole closed up after a while since i forgot to insert my ear ring after school.
A friend of mine can do an ear piercing for me and she has done it to other people before by simple buying a new stud and pushing it through the ear. I’m curious as how you can numb the pain or if this even safe? Perhaps use a needle first then push the stud in just to make it easier?
Also i think i have the like bubble or something hard inside my ear loab where my old ear ring was, is that normal?
Will it also be really painful? I remember getting my ear pierced for the first time when i was about 11 or 12 with one of the guns, no numbing cream and from what i remember it killed lol.
Although that was 4 or 5 years ago.
Also, i wouldn’t necessarily put an ear ring in i would put in a clear one or a plug. So that it can’t be noticed at my school since we aren’t allowed them, are they wide enough to keep the hole at the correct size to put other ear rings in on weekends etc.
i would say the bubble isnt normal.
i’ve got it too before, its infected with the gun u shot ur ear with. the water runs up because the piercing was done incorrectly.
if u pop the bubble, ur ear will start bleeding clear liquid then blood. and after there will be a permanet stain on ur ear (purple. )
and the techniques isnt suppose to just be dont with a stud ear ring. ur suppose to have a needle and fire the point so it’ll make the pierce quick and less painful. have a fruit under ur ear like an apple. sso the bacteria doesnt go anywhere else. then quickly have the earing put in place and WAILA ur done:)
just make sure u dont pierce the bubble!
good luckkk—
Don’t let her just push the earring through, it will hurt like hell and cause a lot of damage.
Make sure she uses a needle that’s the same gauge size as the earring, the needle should be burned first to clean it.
The hard bubble thing is nothing to worry about if it’s on the inside of your ear, it’s a fistula. A fistula is a skin tunnel, it’s normal in all piercings. ,
do the actual piercings with a safety pin or needle then put the earring through that
make sure you have put the needle in a flame first to disinfect it make sure they earring is clean.
it doesn’t hurt that much as long you keep pressure on it and do it fast
the bubble were your earring use to be is perfectly normal its just scar tissue
its bound to get infected so just try to keep it clean
The “bubble” is normal. This can be compared to scarring, technically the hole you made on your is a wound to when it healed up or closed up is scarred. This is very normal.
I’ve pierce my ears, lip, and eye brows with a safety pin before and nothing bad happened so long as you keep it clean and sanitize the “equipment” prior. But I won’t recommend it. . It hurts even more when you have to remove the pin to replace it with an earring. What I’d do is buy those earring they usually use for piercing ears and have your friend uses that instead. numb it with ice or by applying pressure on your ear. pinch your lobes hard before getting it pierced. but al in all the pain of manual piercing is tolerable even if you try what I did.
Ok. . . Let’s start off with this. . . I have 12 EAR piercings as well as 19 BODY piercings. I got 2 of my ear piercings done when I was like 6 months old or something but other than that I did them all myself. I bought the “piercing kit” that you buy when you get your ear pierced at the places. The reason for this is because they are “piercing” earrings. They are very sharp on the tip. No other earring will work. Numb it by putting ice on the back and front of your ear where you want to pierce it. People say to use a piece of an apple on the back of it but I personally think thats BS. . . lol That little “bubble” you feel is either 1 of 2 things, 1 its gunk build up that needs to be cleaned out. You can do this just as you would pop a pimple. 2 It is cartilage that is growing back together. You can pierce through extra cartilage even though it hurts a little more and you need to put a little more umph into it. As far as “safe” goes, it is always the safest to get it done prof. Although I did mine myself, my ears never got infected nor did they fall off. People use alot of “scare tactics” to get people to not do things. You sound like a very smart young woman who is researching things before being an idiot and just doing it. Congradulations on that! I didn’t research I just did it! lol Anyway, I’m sure you have common sense. If it looks a little or even alot red, its infected. Simply take it out wash the area really well, wait a few days and if it looks better then boil the jewelry to sanitise and start again. Once the area has been pierced you will probably not have to do that much to get it “repierced” I bet that your hole is still open and just has a very thin layer of skin covering both sides. Play with it alittle and see what happens. I know this was really long but sorry I just know alot about piercings. I pierced my ears, nose, belly button, nipples, eyebrow, lip and monroe by myself. I just ordered somethings on ebay when I was about 14 or 15 and went crazy. I bought some clamps and piercing needles!! lol Anyway, I hope this helped! If your mom approves you might want to get it done prof. Either way I’m positive you will be fine. Just continue using your common sense!
hey i did my ownnn you just have to make suree you sterilise EVERYTHING. and if your using an earring to do the actual piercing make sure its sharp. i put ice on my ear (front and back) for about 30 minutes and then put a bit of apple behind my ear and just pushed the earring through. i had an earring from getting my ears pierced with a piercing gun though, so it was really sharp.
mine didnt hurt much and it was a bit red for that night but thats all.
