They say im too pretty to get piercings but its my body i should be able to do what i want with it. I have my belly pierced i told my mom id do it myself if she didnt bring me to get it done . But i dont know how to convince her to get a lip piercing

Figure out a way to show you deserve it, like good grades, doing chores, etc.
lol leme tell u something. . it MAY be ur body. . . but as long as u are under 18. . . . u cant do shit with it unless ur parents let u. . and even IF ur 18. . . as long as u live in their house u are under their control. . if u still do w/e the fuck want. . they can just send u to a teen correctional center, or military school. . and then ur gona suffer A LOT. . . dont “test”them. . . . soo no offence but i suggest u get rid of that type of mentality. . now what i did was show them that my attitude was different from everybody. . . belive it or not. . ur parents think that those type of piercings are for people that got no lives and are degrading etc. so just show them ur different. . . . . OR wait until ur a little bit older. . . trust me that in a few years u wont like that piercing in that spot and u’ll like it somewhere else. . its life . . ppl change
make a fake one first to see their reaction and if they don’t kill you or find out that’s it’s fake then get it done. parents freak out way to much about simple little things. if they make a big deal about it just reassure them it’s not permanent and you can all way take it out. you know that they will be mad at first but they r your parent they get over it quick. good luck

Why do you think its your right to do whatever you want? Just for a second, think about why your parents wouldn’t want you to get it – they have nothing at all to gain by stopping you, they are doing it because they actually care about you. If you really want to be “different” try making smart choices, that will set you apart from most of the oxygen theives getting around ATM.
