How long does it take for the ouchies and redness to disappear after getting a navel piercing?

I got my navel pierced like, a week ago, but it’s still a little red around the piercing and it hurts whenever I knock it : (

How long does it take for this to go away? Danke : ) xo

    Take some ibuprofen, wash it with salt water; make sure it’s sea salt, and give it a few more days.

    it can take as long as 3 months to heal completely . it just depends on the person really. just be careful with it and make sure to always clean it

    The piercer told me it could take 6 mo. But it only took mine like a month ( mind you I had a rejected navel 4 times before then, so I had a TON of scar tissue. )

    Mine took about a yr to heal fully. . . . it still had complications going on the second tho.

    it wil probably stop being sore in a couple months. . . good luck! lol
