After I do a salt soak, I wipe the lymph off the outside with a Q tip, but when I wipe it off the inside, it hurts.
Should I clean it off the inside anyways?
I swish with sea salt and Tech 2000 mouthwash or whatever it’s called, but the lymph inside stays.
Rinse with Listerine a couple times a day.
If told to, do so.
Do not use Listerine or any other mouthwashes that contain alcohol.
When you do sea salt soaks do you also swish around the inside of your mouth? If not, then you should. If you’re not swishing with sea salt, then you should be using an alcohol free mouthwash like Tom’s of Maine or Biotene.
edit: When I had my tongue pierce I didn’t have any problem with remaining lymph after using mouthwash, so I’d just give your piercer a call.
