How long should I wait to swim in the ocean after my tattoo?

It’s 30 degrees in Brisbane and its bloody hot how long should I wait before going to the beach ?

    Hate to say it, mate, but I reckon two full weeks to be the best. Ideally your tattoo should have healed completely.

    And when you do, remember to lather on the sunscreen!
