Im 13 (yes im very young) and i think i want to get a little tiny paw print with my dogs name under it. I live in canada and a 14 year old girl has a tattoo on her neck. . i think my parents would say yes considering my dad has full arms of tattoos. I dont know if the girl got it done at a shop or something but i really want to get it done!!! i dont know if this helps but the legal drinking age here is 18. . . . .

i would suggest you to don’t get any tattoo till you are 18yrs old.
Take a shot at it. What’s the worse that can happen? They would just say no and you’d be without a tattoo for another few years.

I’m not sure about Canada partly because it’s not the same across the board in the states. In the US, some states allow tattoos to minors at 16 with a parent’s consent, and some states restrict it to 18+ only.
But before looking online to see if it’s legal, you really should be talking to your parents about it first. Your dad has first hand experience that he can explain any issue to you directly. He can also help bring to light certain aspects you hadn’t considered (like skin stretching or pain tolerance). Not to mention they’re the ones that ultimately have to approve it.
It’ll depend on what providence you live. Even though this 14 yo has a tattoo, it was probably obtained illegally and you don’t want anything to do with that.
