But. . . . i want it as a logo, or just 1 word.
I know the US marines have it as their logo but that doesnt really suit me
Any ideas?

to be honest, i’ve never seen a logo that means that! i had no idea that the marines logo meant that. your best bet is to go and have a consultation with an artist. they will be able to discuss what you want and possibly do a custom design. personally, i think that phrase would look pretty sweet in a banner across your upper back
best wishes
You could design something yourself. . . like maybe a torso with weakness like ripping through the gut? I know thats graphic. . . haha.
Honestly if you give some of the ideas you have to the artist, they will be able to draw something up for you no problem.
I know you said that the Marines dont suit you. . . but that IS their logo. Therefore. . . you could get an eagle globe and anchor (marine insignia) ( http://www. grunt. com/images-bs/tattoos/abigai. jpg )
get it in chinese, its one large symbol, sometimes a group or cluster of them. heres a link to a guy that will help you out. he has done several of these tattos
the marine logo is Semper Fidelis, shortened to Semper Fi, which translate to Always faithful. the saying about pain is just something new to them. its been around for years as far back as ninjas, Shaolin temples and shoguns. its martial arts term. dealing with If you punch a tree over and over again every day for a few years your hand wont be broken (unless you punched TOO hard). Instead, it will be toughed, and calloused, and you will be able to take far more pain. (bastards in peace heroes in war) good luck and go in peace my friend cjhs
Whatever you do, don’t get anything in a language that you don’t understand, because more likely than not, it’s not going to mean what you want it to mean.
The best route is to go to a tattoo shop and discuss what you want with an artist. It’s their job to help you get the tattoo that you want, and any artist worth their salt will insist on drawing what he or she will eventually etch into your skin.
