Tattoo parlors that will work for minors in NY?

Parents died sometime ago looking to remember them,but my uncle wont give me permission. He is to old fashioned. Can you help me?

sounds like your gonna have to get it done outside of a shop, a lot of tattooists do work at home, but it would help if you already knew one, because you don’t want to go into a shop and ask them to do outside work, that might get them fired.

Nobody legit will touch you. Anyone who would is unethical and poorly trained. You would end up with an ugly tattoo and probalby an infection. If this tattoo is really important to you, wait until you are legal and go to a talented artist who will do it justice.
