I need some good eyeliner I am going threw and throwing out all my eyeliners that are finished(or that cant be sharpend) and I want good substitutions. I just need a good drug store brand such as covergirl or maybelline and if you could recommend what type of eyeliner for tight lining.

I am looking for good brushes to add to my collection. I just want good quality brushes that aren’t to expensive, but they work great. Also if you have any 1 specific brush that you think is good for a lot of things. I am not worried about concealer or foundation brushes because I don’t wear either of those products.
