I have light brown hair, greeny blue eyes and my skin is quite fair. I find that black eyeliner doesn’t look right on me. Am i not applying it right or should i be using a brown or white eyeliner instead?

I’m not too great with fashion and we want to look sort of matching if you get me? he’s already got a black suit just not the shirt or tie because he didn’t know what would match :/
