My school dress is too flowy and I want it to be more tight so you can see the shape of my ass. How can I make it tighter without sewing it up. I usually wear a jumper over my school dress so it will cover up any clips or other stuff used to tighten it.

ok so my body shape is strange. broad shoulders, b-c cup. tttiiinnnyyy waist. normal hips i think, my love handles and thighs bulge a bit but between them goes in slightly and flat. . . sounds weird but it doesnt look as stupid as it sounds. . . .
Im between size 10 and 8, mostly 10.

The dress is all gathered down the front middle and is about knee length. I think I should go with a simple pointy toe pump so as not to take away from the dress and was thinking brown. . but now, not too sure

I am competing against a 15 year old girl that is going to probably wear something very straight and sexy looking. And my dress that I have now (rented) is all poofy and I am going to look stupid up there with a poofy dress on and her a sexy one. So what should I do? Stick with the poofy one?
