I’m going shopping tomorrow to buy some new make-up. I’m 14, pale, blue eyed and blonde haired. I need to buy: concealer for under the eye, eyeliner, mascara and maybe a highlighter for cheekbones? I have everything else. Could you please tell me which products to buy from which brands? Also, could you tell me how to apply each product, and give me any application tips?
