Im getting a tattoo spanning majority of my back its, a pair of angel wings and a halo in the middle of my upper shoulder blades with five words being printed down the middle of the to wings along my spine. i was jut wondering how much the would cost approxx my guess is around 1200$ but i am really not sure. .

-my natural hair colour is goldeny brown.
-i have had blonde foils just on the top of my head in a t-section.
-i tried dying my hair all blonde but it only seems to dye where it is already blonde and makes my natural hair colour a little lighter.
-i want to be fully blonde.

i tried haircolor and bleach peroxide nothing happens. do any know how to dye full lace wig or what product to use. thx
