I’m trying to get my first tattoo and I know what I want but there’s no way I can design it myself.
If I go into a shop would an artist be able to help me design one or do I need to find an artist to whip one up?
If i use a leave in hair conditioner do i need to use one in the shower also?

I shampoo once a day at night then use conditioner but i find if i leave conditioner in over night it works better so should i just stick to a good leave in conditioner and ditch the idea of shower conditioning?

alright i would like to look nice for school but i dont know what to use for makeup. I know i dont have a pic but i will try to describe the best i can. i have dark brown hair and i am lighter tone. i also have very deep green eyes. what should i wear? i kinda like brown eyeliner. also my eyes are slanted a little up so how should i wear my eyeliner cuz sometimes if i wear it all around my eye, i look weird. HELP!

I am about 5’6 or around there, I like long jeans. I am really skinny, (not boasting or anything), and I can’t find jeans to fit me ANYWHERE. I’ve tried Dolly Girl and Jay Jay’s, but in Jay Jay’s, the butt of the jeans is too wide, and in Dolly Girl, the jeans aren’t long enough and the crotch is too low. I am looking for skinny jeans (not jeggings) that fit NICE AND TIGHT, are preferably low rise, and are long so that they are AT LEAST 2 inches below my ankles (I can’t handle when jeans ride up around my ankles. I live in Perth and I have access to malls 
Don’t want to pay too much, just need some places to go and try some on I used to live in America, and Abercrombie and Fitch was ok, except that they were always too short OR I need some alternatives to jeans? Capris or something? A way to lengthen jeans? ANYTHING!!! Thanks so much everyone
FORGOT TO MENTION: Thanks for the first answer, btw I no longer live in America, I now live in Australia. Yeah I LOVE Aeropostale, but I don’t want to order jeans without knowing if they will fit or not. I also liked Forever 21, but same story Thanks for the answer though, I totally agree. I might even just risk buying a pair of Aeropostale online, as I am shipping out some of the clothes from a friend soon

I’ve been bleaching my hair since last summer. My natural hair color is black. Last summer, I bleached my whole head, and then dyed it blonde, and have continued this process, bleaching the roots every couple of months.
Two weeks ago, I bleached my roots, dyed my hair blonde, and then dyed my bangs black.
I’ve been trying to get the dye to fade, but it’s not working. I washed it with dandruff shampoo several times, but it’s not coming out. . . . . . . . . . .
any suggestions?

OK, im a 13 yr old girl and i’m going into year 9 and i want a new hairstyle. My hair looks too childish,(with it being wavy and just hanging) and i keep getting called. What i really want is the hairstyle that most teenage girls have where they have most of their fringe on their forehead but i don’t know how to do that. . If anyone has any hairstyles or a way to do the forehead hairstyle can you please let me know. I don’t need to know how to do a ponytail or a side ponytail or anything like that as I already know how to do them. Please, please let me know ASAP as i am going into year 9 next week.
