NYE Gold Party, I need ideas for a shirt and tie?

Going to a Gold party for NYE and im trying to come up with some color combinations for shirt and tie:
(shirt – tie)
black and gold
white and gold
gold on gold
blue on gold

Please give me some suggestions as to combinations I can wear with my suit. Or i can go with dress pants or jeans. I am not very color coordinated. I need a womans perspective or a guy into fashion.

will using make up 5 days a week make me look older as time goes by i need help ! =)?

so my mom is always saying how im’ma look older if i use make up to often but i look soooo much better wit it And i feel a lot prettier as every girl should but I’m scare all get wrinkles And age faster can some one tell me how make up effects skin. well rite now i use neautrogina oil free liquid make up and i use dis Avon blush and eyeliner that’s all i use and some lip balm and i remove it at nite when my day is already done do u guys think this will damage my skin and if so how can i prevent it HELP!

can I just use developer lift to lighten my hair color or do i need to mix it with a solution i am using 20vol

I have a weird make-up style i wear blue mascara, green or black eye liner, ivory foundation, clear or natural gloss to go with my complexion and bronzer. . .
They look really hot together and it look natural on me but im not sure what other people think because they stare at me all the time and its really weird as. . .

I am looking to buy a pair of jeans that are very destructed I would prefer a light wash and i am not looking for them to be bleached if they were bleached on just a few spots it would be fine btw i live in australia. So it would be something that i could buy here but they have to be very destructed from hip to toe (:

HAIR PROBLEM!!!!!???? Need Help!!?

Hi, I really need some help!!!
My hair has never been dyed so it’s a natural shade (dark blonde/very light brown).
My problem is that I get really oily roots so often that I have to wash my hair everyday and it’s starting to become a pain, but I have very dry, split ends.

How do I stop my roots becoming oily without drying out the rest of my hair??? Conditioner doesn’t really work, but I use the “Oily roots and dry ends” shampoo from Garnier. What I like most about this shampoo is it brings out the natural blonde highlights in my hair, while other shampoos make my hair a boring brown colour.

Please help, my hair dresser recommends salon shampoos and conditioners and I trust her and all but I don’t want to spend a fortune on hair products.

How do you know when your mascara is run out / you need new mascara ??

Dry skin?

I don’t have acne or a pimple problem at all, but my skin is looking a little rough right now and my current moisturiser isn’t working.

Thoughts?
