my dress is light blue, kind of silky, i have kind of dark brown hair, i don’t know what to do with it?!! also!! i want my make up to look exotic, but not too crazy. . i’m white, but i’m really tan and have brown eyes. . someone please help me?

I have always been using the same type of makeup and routine. (eyeliner, mascara, sometimes natural eyeshadow colors) What other type of makeup could fit me??

What eye makeup would suit me?

hi i’m 15 and I just got into eye makeup and stuff. I have boots 17 wild curls mascara and that’s it, I was just wondering if pencil liner suits me, I have big dark brown eyes, im Indian with very light skin ( English weather -. – ) but yeah , will pencil liner suit me if I just apply it on my waterline? and should I buy liquid or pencil liner?

also, what’s the best way to take off mascara, whenever I wipe it with wipes, it smudges and leave dark patches under my eye, also my eye lashes fall out, please give me a step to step guide :)

How much would these piercings cost?

I am wanting to get three piercings done in the next year and would like to see if anyone has a estimate. I am wanting to get my right ear pierced to a 8g piercing. (My other ear is a 1/2 in, right ear got ripped out, but is fully healed now. ) I am also wanting to get my septum and eyebrow pierced. If anyone knows a estimate on each one I would be much appreciated

Would it be a good idea to wear short sleeves when it’s 47 degrees tomorrow?
